Our art is shipped through trusted carriers and packed with care to ensure safe delivery to you. Shipping timelines are provided at payment points. Personalised art orders take longer and will be shipped with 14 business days. International orders usually take 1-4 weeks.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Unless requested by the customer, orders shipped will not require a signature on arrival.
​If the buyer inputs an incorrect shipping address that causes an item to be returned, they are responsible for covering cost of shipping to be sent out again to the correct address.​
Every effort will be made to avoid customs and import taxes that may apply, however the buyer/recipient is responsibility for covering these fees.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives to you damaged, contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your package with detailed photographs so that the issue can be rectified.

For undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. (ii) products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and (iii) no returns or exchanges are available on 'change of mind' of personalised items.
